Dashboard User Group

The Dashboard User Group is made up of representatives from each participating diocese.

Its main purposes is to oversee the ongoing development of Safeguarding Dashboards.
 

How does the User Group work?

The User Group meets three times a year, usually online via Zoom.

Who can join the User Group?

A diocese can nominate up to three members of diocesan staff, but two are recommended.  For example, it could be:

  • The DSA or Head of Safeguarding
  • The Safeguarding Administrator or Trainer

When making decisions, each diocese has one vote.

Dates of meetings

The User Group will meet by Zoom on the following dates:

  • Wednesday 2 July 2025 - start time changed to 10:30 to avoid clash with NST meeting
  • Thursday 27 November 2025
  • Tuesday 10 March 2026 - to be confirmed
  • Thursday 2 July 2026 - to be confirmed
  • Wednesday 18 November 2026 - to be confirmed

All meetings are from 10:00 to 11:00 unless otherwise stated.

We are aware that some diocesan staff work part time, therefore we rotate the day of the week for User Group meetings.
