We are very grateful when people tell us about a problem they have experienced with Safeguarding Dashboards. We can't fix a problem that we don't know about ...so please contact us here.
If we can't fix a problem straight away, we will summarise it below. We will also provide updates about any progress in solving it.
Are you not receiving our emails?
The vast majority of our emails are successfully delivered to the recipient's inbox - however, we know how frustrating it can be when an email don't arrive. This guide explains what to do next.
Step 1 - Wait a couple of minutes
Most of our emails are delivered immediately, but this is not guaranteed. For reasons beyond our control, emails sometimes get delayed; so please wait a couple of minutes.
Step 2 - Check your spam or junk folder
Your email provider might have incorrectly identified our email as spam. Take a look in your spam or junk folder. If you do find it there, see if you can mark it as 'not spam'. This might solve the problem in the future.
Step 3 - Please tell us
BT is blocking some emails that we are sending to email addresses ending ...@btinternet.com. If you have a different email address, but are still not receiving our emails, please tell us using the link at the top of this page.
