Why can't I sign in to my account?

 

There are two common reasons why people have trouble signing into their dashboard or hub account:

  1. They use an incorrect email address
  2. They use an incorrect password

We'll consider each ot these reasons in turn.
 

Am I using the correct email address?

If you are using the correct email address, we will send you an email after two failed attempts.  Please check your inbox or spam folder.

If you are using an incorrect email address, we won't send anything.  Therefore, if you can't find an email from us:

  • Make sure that you've not mistyped it
  • Try using an alternative email address (if you've got one)

If that still doesn't work, please contact us.
 

Am I using the correct password?

If you received an email from us (see above) the most likely explanation is that you are using an incorrect password.  Therefore:

  • Make sure that you've not mistyped it
  • Try using an alternative password (if you've got one)

If that still doesn't work, please reset your password.
 

What happens if I have too many failed attempts?

If you have too many failed attempts, we will temporarily suspend your account for the remainder of the day.  This means that you will be unable to reset your password until tomorrow morning.

We know that this can be frustrating, but it is a necessary precaution to protect your account from unauthorised users.
