The Dashboard Executive Committee comprises:
- Eight elected diocesan members (one per region)
- Two members appointed by the NST
Its purpose is to discuss and approve any proposed changes to Safeguarding Dashboards, and to take the lead in addressing strategic issues.
How does the Executive Committee work?
The Executive Committee meets three times a year, usually online via Zoom.
Who can join the Executive Committee?
Each safeguarding region elects one representative to the Executive Committee.
The following members will serve until 31 December 2026:
- East Anglia – Vacancy
- East Midlands – Pete Holloway (Leicester)
- North East – Wendy Hopkins (Durham)
- North West - Jo Van Lachterop (Carlisle)
- South Central – Vacancy
- South East – Sara Black (London)
- South West – Andy Earl (Truro)
- West Midlands – Carl Steventon (Hereford)
The National Safeguarding Team has appointed two representatives:
- Deborah McGovern - Policy and Development Lead
- Sam Nunney
Future meetings
The Executive Committee will meet by Zoom on the following dates:
- Tuesday 10 June from 1 to 2 pm
- Thursday 6 November from 1 to 2 pm
