Using the Dashboard Tools, a Manager can invite someone to be a Dashboard Owner or Viewer.
 

Step 1 - Sign in

Sign in to the Dashboard Tools at https://tools.parishdashboards.org.uk

Step 2 - Search for the dashboard

Select 'Search' in the left-hand menu (highlighted in yellow above).

Next, type part of the place name you are looking for - one word is usually best - and then press the Search button (highlighted in red above).

Step 3 - Open the 'Dashboard Control Panel'

In the search results, select the dashboard that you are looking for (highlighted in blue above).
 

Step 4 - Send an invitation

Select the 'Change' button on the Invitations panel (highlighted in orange above).
 

Finally, enter an email address (highlighted in green above).

You will usually be inviting someone to be an owner of the dashboard, therefore tick the box (highlighted in purple) and press 'Send'.
