Where to find the tool

Dashboard tools are only available to diocesan staff who have requested access.

1. Go to https://tools.parishdashboards.org.uk/
2. Sign in
3. Select 'People' in the left-hand meu
4. Open the 'Email Sender' tool

Why use this tool?

This tool provides a quick and easy way to motivate, share information and contact your dashboard owners. For example, you can:

• Congratulate the owners of Level 3 dashboards.
• Invite the owners of Level 2 dashboards to a special event.
• Encourage the owners of Level 1 dashboards to make more progress.
• Ask the Level 0 owners to turn at least one light green.

Advanced options also allow you to target other groups of dashboard owners,  For example, you can contact:

• The owners of any dashboards that have not been updated this year.
• Any owners that have not signed in to their dashboard during the past 12 months.
