The following changes to the dashboard were made in June 2022.
Managing Church Activities
Several parishes had requested the ability to manage their list of Church Activities (which appears at Level 2).
Dashboard Owners have always been able to permanently delete an activity, but now they can also:
- Rename an activity
- Add an Activity Description (which is displayed on the Action Plan)
- Temporarily suspend an activity
Simply go to the relevant church activity, and then select 'Activity Summary' at the bottom of the page.
The same feature is also available for Non-Church Activities (which appears at Level 3).
Updating multiple dashboards at the same time
If you are the owner of two or more dashboards, you can now update multiple dashboards at the same time.

If you are a Dashboard Viewer, or the owner of just one dashboard, nothing has changed.
Use of Social Media
In the January 2022 update, the dashboard light entitled 'Use of Social Media' was unintentionally moved from Level 3 to Level 1.
This mistake has now been corrected, and the light has been moved back to Level 3.
